Question 1

Can I change my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An upgrade counts right away - you only pay the difference for the remaining days of the period. A downgrade takes effect from the next period, so you lose nothing from the paid month.

Question 2

What if I exceed the student or whiteboard limit?

Accepted Answer

We won't fry your account. We'll show a message with a suggested upgrade to a higher plan - existing students and whiteboards keep working, we only block adding new ones until you change the plan.

Question 3

What do I get if I pay for a year upfront?

Accepted Answer

Two months free - the annual subscription is 10 × the monthly price. One-time payment, cancel any time with a refund for unused months.

Question 4

I'm a student. Do I get a discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every plan costs students half price for 12 months. After signing up, go to Settings and enter your university e-mail (the discount activates instantly) or upload a photo of your student ID (checked manually, usually within a few days). The discount applies automatically at checkout, no code needed, on any plan.

Question 5

How do the 14 free days work?

Accepted Answer

You create an account and get every Ultimate feature for 14 days right away. You don't enter a card, so nothing is charged automatically. Your dashboard shows how many days are left. The trial is available once per person.

Question 6

What happens after 14 days?

Accepted Answer

Your dashboard asks you to choose a plan. If you need more time, you can extend the trial once by 7 days. Without a plan the account is paused, but your data stays: you can download your students, billing and boards, or delete the account together with your data.
