You send your student a link, they open the whiteboard without creating an account and see everything you write right away. Formulas, graphs and tasks are at hand, and the board is saved after the lesson.

The tools you actually use in tutoring

Tasks from the bank on the board

Insert a task from the bank of exam tasks. Only you see the answer and solution until you decide the student should see them.

A photo of the task from your phone

Scan a QR code, take a photo of the textbook page and it lands on the board a moment later, with no files sent by email.

Several pages for one lesson

Theory on the first page, tasks on the second, revision on the third. Switch with one click and nothing gets mixed up.

A call next to the board

On plans with calls you ring your student straight from the board, so you do not keep a separate messenger open.

A note after the lesson

After the lesson you add a few sentences, and the student's history shows what you did in every lesson.

One online tutoring lesson, step by step

Prepare

You prepare the board before the lesson

Put today's tasks on it before the student even joins. You do not waste the start of the lesson looking for materials.

Link

The student joins from a link

Send the link in a chat or by text. The student opens it in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, without installing anything.

Lesson

You explain and solve together

You show the method, the student tries on their own in their colour. You see straight away where they got stuck.

Recap

You close the lesson with a plan for the next one

Mark the topics you covered and what needs revising. Next time you know where to start.

Why us?

  • First lesson in 30 seconds

Account, board and a link for the student.

  • No account for the student. Really

They click the link and start writing.

  • A stylus works like a pen

A tablet with a stylus instead of paper.

Who a tutoring whiteboard is for

Three typical situations where tutors put this to work.

  • Exam preparation

You work on tasks in the exam format with the formula sheet at hand. The student practises exactly what they will see in the exam.

  • Each student has their boards in one place, so before a lesson you do not dig through emails and folders to recall where you stopped.

  • Your first online lessons

If you are just starting to teach remotely, you do not need a stack of apps. The board, the student link and the lesson history are in one tool.

A tutoring whiteboard vs a generic online whiteboard

Here's how it usually goes without Lern.

Tasks
Without Lern: You copy text from a PDF and redraw the formulas by hand.
With Lern: You insert a ready task from the bank with clear formulas.
Next lesson
Without Lern: Every lesson is a new, empty link.
With Lern: You return to the student's board from last week.
Answers
Without Lern: You keep the answer key in a separate window.
With Lern: Only you see the solution until you reveal it.
After the lesson
Without Lern: A screenshot, if someone remembered.
With Lern: The student and parent can come back to the board.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does the tutoring whiteboard require installation?

No. The lern.one whiteboard runs in any browser - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. All you need is a link you send the student. No app, no plugins, no account. Works on phone, tablet and laptop.

  • Does the student need an account to join the board?

No. The student opens the link and is inside - no registration, no login. You can, however, send them an invite to the panel (student.lern.one) so they have their own history of all boards, homework and chats.

  • What if I lose my internet connection during the lesson?

Changes are saved locally in the browser and sent to the server once the connection returns. You lose nothing - everything comes back exactly where you finished. After reconnecting, the student's cursor appears live again.

  • How many boards can I create per month?

It depends on the plan: Basic (49 zł / month) gives you 20 new boards a month, Pro (69 zł) 100, and Ultimate (99 zł) has no limit. There is no limit during the 14-day trial either. Old boards don't disappear: you can keep opening and editing them, and they don't count toward the limit.

  • Does the whiteboard support maths and physics formulas?

Yes. The built-in CKE formula sheet covers maths, physics and chemistry at primary, secondary and final-exam level. You drag formulas straight onto the board - no re-typing by hand.

  • Can I show the board to a parent without an account?

Yes. Every board can have a public read-only link. The parent sees the lesson history but can't edit. It works without login, without an app.
